Free Shipping with orders of $100+ to the Continental United States and the Canadian Provinces.
- Orders valued under $100 will be charged $10 for shipping.
- Free shipping applies only to Ground shipping service.
- Shipping address must be a residential or business address.
- PointOfSalePOS.com does not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.
- PointOfSalePOS.com does not offer international shipping.
- Expedited ordering is available and additional charges may apply.
- Shipping and handling, customs duties, taxes and fees, charges are not refundable.
- Orders with a gross weight over 100lbs may be subject to additional shipping fees. You will be contacted by representative to confirm cost.
- All orders not shipping ground will include additional shipping charges. An estimate will be specified in the checkout page, if the estimate is incorrect you will be contacted by a representative to confirm shipping charges
- We strive to ship out orders from our site within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. Multi-units or specialty orders may be shipped within 5-7 business days. Ask your account representative for details.
- Orders placed for parts during our standard operating hours will be processed and shipped the next day as long as stock and carrier are available.
- PointOfSalePOS.com is not responsible for carrier delays.
- Processed orders that have been canceled whether before or after shipment, regardless of reason, are subject to a 10% cancel fee, minimum $30.
- Shipped orders returned as "undeliverable" or "refused”, prior to being re-shipped, will be charged a $30 refusal fee.
- Orders requiring a shipping address change after being processed will be assessed a minimum $10 fee. This includes any information on the shipping label, such as address, recipient, or attn: line.
- PointOfSalePOS.com has warehouses located in both the USA and Canada. POS Bundles may include multiple boxes shipping from different warehouses. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt of notification of shipment for all of the boxes to arrive. Contact shipping@PointOfSalePOS.com with your order number, name, email and details of missing item if full bundle has not been delivered within 10 business days.
