In addition to the general POS features we equipped our software with some extra restaurant oriented features. As a matter of fact, we tried to implement everything that is deemed helpful to a restaurant owner, in their day-to-day running of the business. You can create unlimited tables and bar stools, it is really easy to do. Then you can use the bird’s eye view of your restaurant and bar floor to monitor the situation properly. You can also create custom orders on-the-fly and manage your walk-in or waiting list, while keeping in touch with your chef, with the Kitchen/Bar Messaging system.
On-Screen Keyboard and Unlimited Buttons
For those of you that own a touch screen, you can use the On-Screen keyboard feature. And to make our product even more flexible, we have added more options that let you add unlimited menu buttons, unlimited sub-menu or category buttons and even unlimited modifiers or unlimited modifier buttons.
Total Control Over Your Inventory
With Restaurant Maid you can easily manage your Inventory. There are 2 ways to fill your items in inventory, and track their quantities, even in decimals if needed.
Our software provides you with complete overview on your Inventory. You have the option to “Track” or “Do Not Track” the quantity of a certain item. You can use the Low Stock Alert on any items that you specify and on any quantity that you specify. This lets you know when you are running low on certain items. To make it easier our software has the option of Quantity Tracking in decimals for measurements in sales by weight and length, as well. Also should you wish to track your goods in multiple warehouses/locations, you can easily do that as well.
Easily Fill in Your Items
Filling your Inventory can sometimes be a long process, especially if you have a lot of items in your store. That’s why with our software we have tried to make this task as easy and as simple as possible. Thus, our software provides you with 2 ways of filling Inventory: One-by-One or through a Grid/Table using Excel. Also you can easily import your inventory from different programs you may have had previously, again by using Excel tables. You can also easily export inventory into Excel.
Inventory Search & Control
With our software you can easily navigate through your inventory and find a specific item. In other words, you have total control over your inventory. To make things easier you have the Inventory Search for quick browsing through the items in your Inventory.

Each employee will first be greeted by the login screen. This allows you to successfully manage and track your employees, as well as track your employees’ sales. Also you can efficiently manage Employee Commission / Hourly Pay and Employee Time Clock. The time clock is integrated to payroll, but also you can easily manage the Time Clock Database table. Having a complete overview on your employees, makes it easier to manage them properly, which in turn could be a huge boost to driving your business forward.

With our graphical (Gant-Chart Type) appointment and scheduling book, you can make sure you’ll never miss an appointment or anything of interest to you and your business.
